DANIEL J. LEE joined Klein, Daday, Aretos & O’Donoghue, LLC in 2011. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Notre Dame in 2000. Mr. Lee earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2005, where he was an Articles Editor for the Law Journal and a published author. He practices in both state and federal court and is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Prior to joining KDAO, Mr. Lee worked in personal injury defense, toxic tort defense, and general civil litigation for firms in St. Louis and Chicago. At KDAO, Mr. Lee concentrates his practice in civil litigation and real estate related litigation matters, including mortgage foreclosures, forcible entry and detainer actions, breach of contract actions, building code violations, and postjudgment collection and enforcement actions.

Outside of the firm, Mr. Lee is an Auxiliary Board member of the Sue Duncan Children’s Center.
