TIMOTHY J. O'DONOGHUE joined Klein, Daday, Aretos & O'Donoghue, LLC in 1994 and became a partner in 2004. Mr. O'Donoghue concentrates his practice in criminal law, condominium law, banking law, and real estate law with extensive litigation experience in each field.
Mr. O'Donoghue earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from John Carroll University in 1987. He earned his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in 1992.
Outside the firm, Mr. O'Donoghue is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Chicago Irish Business Association, St. Anne's Parish/School, the John Carroll University Alumni Association, the Loyola Academy Alumni Association, and Our Lady of Perpetual Help Alumni Association.
