DIANA RDZANEK joined Klein, Daday, Aretos, & O’Donoghue, LLC in 2016. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in the Program of Liberal Studies from the University of Notre Dame in 2006. Ms. Rdzanek earned her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2011, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and Seventh Circuit Review. Ms. Rdzanek was a finalist in the SmithAdmundsen Excellence in Legal Writing Award, and earned a certificate through the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.

Ms. Rdzanek focuses her practice on estate planning and probate, assisting her clients on such matters as preparation of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, as well as probate and trust administration. Prior to joining Klein, Daday, Aretos, & O’Donoghue, LLC, Ms. Rdzanek represented large lending and servicing institutions in default and foreclosure matters.

Ms. Rdzanek is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, and was appointed to the ISBA Continuing Legal Education Committee. In her spare time, Ms. Rdzanek is a passionate advocate of the arts, and sits on the young professionals’ board of the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago.
