Recently, KDAO participated in the Chicagoland Cooperator's Condo HOA, Co-Op, & Apt Expo held at the Navy Pier Convention Center.  Our attorneys enjoyed meeting with board members, property managers, apartment building owners, and other industry professionals.  As part of our exhibition materials, KDAO distributed a pamphlet detailing 2015/2016 Legal Updates for Condos & Common Interest Community Associations.  Besides the exhibition booths, the Expo provided interesting seminars and free advice booths for attendees including the Security vs. Privacy –Big Brother is Watching seminar which featured Stephen Daday of KDAO.
